Job Description:
We have a requirement for a number of production operators to join our small manufacturing team carrying out mechanical assembly of our product.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks
- Maintaining appropriate build records
- Use of hand tools and lifting equipment
- Liaising with the engineering and procurement team
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly
- Experience of following work instructions as part of a Quality Management System
- Certain elements of this role can by physically demanding although lifting equipment is provided
- Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- Good computer skills
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- A permit to work in the UK
What you can Expect in Return:
- Rate of £11.00 per hour
- Full time (40 hours per week), day shift, fixed term contract of 6 months, may be an option to extend
