This role is ideally suited to someone that has a broad range of experience with all activities related to company bookkeeping and can work with minimal supervision. This is a permanent part time role – 2.5 days per week (or this can be spread across 4-5 days) with flexibility regarding home working.

Main Duties:
- Process all purchase invoices and obtain approval for payment
- Compile payment runs, ensuring all supplier invoices are uploaded
- Setting up bank payments
- Carry out supplier statement reconciliations
- Daily and monthly bank statement reconciliation
- Processing staff expenses
- Management of the company credit card accounts
- Raising purchase orders
- General administrative duties
- Liaison with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Any other accounting duties reasonably required by the Finance Manager
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role or 2 years' experience and an HND, AAT or ACCA part-qualified
- Good numerical and data analysis skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Self-motivated, methodical and able to work independently
- Proven IT skills, particularly Excel
- Permit to work in the UK
Advantageous knowledge/experience
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Navision o
What you can Expect in Return:
- Salary £23,000-£28,000 FTE depending on experience
- Permanent, part time 2.5 days per week
- Hours are flexible Monday to Friday
- Hybrid role with opportunity to work at home 1 day per week
